A total of thirteen Andalusian architecture studies participated together with seven companies from China, in a business meeting which went through Andalusia. This action is organized by Andalusian Extenda-Agency for overseas promotion, entity dependent on the Ministry of economy, innovation, science and employment.
This meeting is motivated by the favourable evolution of the construction sector in China, which is developing large plans aimed at the creation of new towns. During the mission organized by Extenda and accompanied by José Ortiz, they visited the ‘La Cartuja’ athletics stadium, ‘Library ‘Infanta Elena’ in Maria Luisa Park, and the ‘Santa Justa’ high speed railway station.
