Condé Nast Traveler has selected Mercer Sevilla Hotel as finalist for the Condé Nast Traveler Awards, in the category Best Urban Hotel 2023. Mercer Sevilla Hotel is a 5-star Grand Luxury Hotel, located in the historic centre of the Andalusian capital. The project was commissioned in 2014 to Cruz Ortiz Arquitectos, whose intervention consisted of transforming a 19th century palace house into a 12-rooms hotel. The most singular element of the project is in the main courtyard, where a chandelier hangs under its skylight.
In 2018 the Mercer Sevilla Hotel was already awarded by Tripadvisor as Best Luxury Hotel.
