Our transformation project Herenstaete has officially been given a new name, once the construction came to an end. The new brand is The Gent. A very exceptional office space with a contemporary and classic realm, in the historic centre of Amsterdam, along its UNESCO Canal Herengracht. The building with its historical use as Bank, now offers multiple office areas. The building can be rented both single as well as multi-tenant, both classic as modern. The energy performance is outstanding and has been set at Label A+++, Excellent Breeam-in-use and Platinum for WELL. We our proud of our team.
