The assembly of the compression ring of the cover of the new stadium of the Club Atlético de Madrid advances at a good pace. The steel structure will be hoisted and will form the compression ring. The cover will have a weight of 4,500 tons with almost 100% of covered seating, a maximum height of 57 meters and a maximum length of 286 meters. The deck consists of 32 modules that have already been subjected to a test installation at the factory in Horta, Galicia.
