Opening of the ‘La Cartuja’ athletics stadium, Seville

On May 5, 1999 the kings of Spain inaugurated the La Cartuja athletics stadium. With a capacity for 60,000 spectators, it is currently the third largest in Spain and has the highest cataloging of UEFA, allowing it to celebrate, for example, the Champions League final.
