This project includes a set of buildings located inside the Port premises that aspire to provide all the necessary services progressively. As a main characteristic, it is necessary to mention the use of a material - prefabricated white concrete slabs - that appears in all of them. It guarantees certain homogeneity to the buildings that respond to diverse programs. This material will fulfill different functions: from those of latticework to ventilated exterior sheet of more complex enclosures. On the other hand, the different programs referred above have the same lack of significance: with the possible exception of the control building. The other buildings-commercial areas, repair workshops or small warehouses for storing fishing nets allow, or almost force, to resort to a hermetic architecture and little expressive; in this case according to the lightness of the functions they house. Thus, the series and repetition of formally similar elements that insist on asymmetries and displacements that, in one way or another, appear in all the buildings.
